Who we are
This website is operated by Invol. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company (optional) and message. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or third-party marketing tools on this website.
Visit statistics and security
Our hosting provider counts page visits in aggregate without using cookies, so we can see how often the site is viewed. It also sets one strictly necessary security cookie that helps block automated traffic. To prevent abuse of the contact form, we keep a scrambled, non-reversible record of your connection address and email for 24 hours, then delete it.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored securely with our hosting and infrastructure provider, which processes the data on our behalf. Access is restricted to the Invol team.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Send your request through the contact form.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
